Pizzeria Pingjum
An Italian restaurant where no Italian works, a pizzeria that only has the name pizzeria. Moreover, the restaurant is located in a small Frisian village with only 600 inhabitants, far away from civilisation but close to Makkum. Nevertheless, the stream of famous and less famous Dutch people is considerable. This is where the most fantastic pizzas are made with beautiful local ingredients. Pizzas with a nice thin base, topped with mussels from the mud flats, fish from the nearby sea, meat from their own slaughterhouses and organic vegetables. And not only pizzas, but also the authentic pasta dishes that are on the menu.
